Staff Recognition

Reena boasts a list of over 130 employees who have worked with the organization for over 18 years. As part of Reena’s 50th anniversary we are honouring those employees who continue to work diligently, year after year with love and devotion to the individuals and families supported by Reena.

To honour one very special Reena employee, the Reena Community Residence will also be re-named The Sandy Keshen Reena Community Residence, in recognition of the outstanding efforts of Sandy’s 40+ years at Reena’s helm.

Canada – Israel Inclusion Mission 2023

Canadian leaders in disability services, advocates, political leaders and those with lived experience will explore Israeli disability services, sharing knowledge, finding common learnings and bringing home new partnerships and ideas. From policy to practice, the mission will be an intense exploration of the possible through a shared lens of inclusion.

Reena’s Mental Health Symposium

Michael Tibollo, Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, who will share his insights and vision on this important topic. Mental health challenges continues to be a growing problem effecting a large portion of all segments of the population. Reena is once again leading the way by bringing together the best experts in the field of mental health to discuss today’s most prominent issues and learn from each other.
